999Web
Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026. Last updated October 7, 2026.
This policy explains what Monem Technology Services (doing business as 999Web, "we", "us") collects when you visit 999web.ai, tell us about your business, or become a customer, what we do with it, and your choices. We do not sell your personal information.
1. What we collect
- What you tell us. When you use our plan questionnaire: your name, email, optional phone number, business name, type of business, city and state, your current website situation, your goals, the social accounts you use, and whether you want us to post for you. We also keep notes we make about your plan.
- Customer records. If you become a customer: your plan, prices, billing status, payment dates, the address of your live website, requests you make, and our communications with you.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive a Stripe customer identifier and payment status. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our servers and hosting providers log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. We use it to run and secure the service.
- Business accounts. If you ask us to post for you, we access your social accounts through the platform's business tools. We do not ask for or store your passwords.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. We use a strictly necessary sign-in cookie for our own administrators. If we add analytics, we will update this policy first.
2. How we use it
- To prepare your plan, build and run your website and social media work, and bill you.
- To contact you about your plan, payments, reminders, and changes to the service.
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal and tax duties.
- To understand how the service is used and improve it, using information that does not identify you where we can.
We do not use the information on your website, or the content you give us, to train AI models. We do use AI tools to draft work for you, and we limit what we send them to what the task needs.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run the service, and only as needed:
- Stripe, to take payments and send invoices.
- Our database and hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel), who store and serve our data and sites in the United States.
- AI and design tools we use to produce your work, under their business terms.
- Professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merges, with the same protections for your information.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising across other companies' sites.
4. Visitors to your customers' sites
For websites we build and host for customers, the customer decides what personal information their site collects, and is responsible for their own privacy notice. Our "site switch", which pauses a site that is unpaid, only asks our server whether the site may be online. In the browser version, that request reveals the visitor's IP address and browser to us, as any web request does. We use it only to answer the request and keep the service secure.
5. How long we keep it
- Plan questionnaires that do not become a customer account: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Customer and billing records: while you are a customer and for as long afterward as the law requires us to keep tax and accounting records (generally up to seven years).
- Site files: 90 days after an agreement ends, then deleted unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
6. Security
We protect information with access controls, encrypted connections, and limiting who can see customer data. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop emailing you about anything other than your account. Depending on where you live (for example California and a number of other states), you may have additional rights, such as receiving a copy of your data or appealing a decision. We will not treat you worse for using these rights.
To make a request, email sam@monemtech.com. We may need to confirm it is you, and we will answer within 45 days. If you are a customer and ask us to delete data we need to keep for tax, legal or billing reasons, we will tell you what we must keep and why.
We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals differently, because we do not track you across other sites.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date, and email customers about material changes. Our Terms of Service explain the rest of our agreement with you.
